Alicia is a native New Yorker with over 13 years of marketing experience on the agency as well as the client side. Her career began in the customer service and brand experience arena, and she is passionate about using data to build consumer relationships, drive loyalty and increase ROI for clients.
Before joining Gravity she was with Wunderman New York for 10 years. While on the Insights and Optimization team, she was responsible for delivering analytics services that provided insights, measured program performance and drove marketing efficiency for clients such as Microsoft, Pfizer, AT&T, HP, Kimberly-Clark, Kraft, Sony, Nationwide, Dell and Pella. Here at Gravity, Alicia is focused on using quantitative analysis to provide our clients with rich, data-driven marketing insights and strategies to optimize marketing performance. Alicia specializes in predictive analytics and ROI forecasting.
