New York, NY (April, 2019) Como 1907, an Italian football club based in Lombardy, on the shores of beautiful Lake Como, has chosen Gravity as its AOR. The advertising agency will be leading their strategy, branding and creative along with their social media and digital efforts. The objective of this assignment will be to more deeply engage the current fan base while working to expand awareness of Como outside it’s current geography.
Como 1907 which has a rich history in the top flight of Italian football, is also well known for its player development having produced several Italian national team players during its history, including most recently, Gianluca Zambrotta.
April 2019 marked the start of a new era for Como: the club was acquired by SENT Entertainment, a London-based media and entertainment company that produces and distributes content globally. The new management has great vision for the club. SENT has begun to develop a solid corporate structure, that is helping to restore financial stability and investment in the club's development, including infrastructure, players, stadium, marketing and content strategies.
